THE MISSION
Brené Brown & Sara Blakely are two women that Utahn's need to hear in addition to a long list of others out there. Both Brené & Sara are raw, vulnerable, authentic, and so sought after that it almost seems unimaginable one will ever hear or meet these women in person...well that is unless you you pay hundreds of dollars for a conference/gala ticket, or have thousands of dollars to bring them here...BUT, I BELIEVE THAT TOGETHER WE CAN ACCOMPLISH ANYTHING!!! We, yes WE, have the power to inspire these two amazing women to come to our great state of Utah and in return, give them an experience unlike one they've ever experienced before. Food, culture, outdoors, people, so much more.

Hi, my name is Sarah Baytop Scott...I am imperfect, compassionate, and determined to connect with our community on a deeper level by building authentic relationships. I want to hear the stories, hardships, inspirations, and dreams of indviduals from all walks of life.
I'm passionate about people and truly believe Utah is the future epi-center for change and innovation amongst women, both in their personal and professional lives. (Men too, of course!) I believe over the following years and decades, Utah has the ability to set a new standard for what success looks like on a national level....One that is balanced between both men and women, cultures, voices, and ideas.

I know that a big part of creating change and innovation, starts when people become empowered and educated. But in order to do so, we need every day Utahn's to have access to education, resources, and opportunities regardless of where they live, work, worship (or not), etc.
